Each order will be shipped to a single delivery address specified at checkout.

If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Our goal is to dispatch and deliver your order within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.

In rare cases—such as logistical delays, unforeseen demand surges, or regional restrictions—delivery may take slightly longer. We’re constantly working to ensure faster and smoother deliveries.
Delays & Exceptions

During extreme weather conditions (e.g. heavy rainfall, floods) or national holidays, we may reschedule or cancel deliveries to ensure product safety and logistical efficiency.

Some pin codes may experience longer transit times depending on courier service availability.

Damaged or Leaking Orders

If you receive a package that appears leaked, tampered, or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately:

Order Completion

Your order will be considered executed in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.

Invalid, switched off, or unreachable contact number.

Delivery accepted by a building security guard, reception, or neighbor as per customer instructions.
