Shipping Policy

​At Good Ape, we’re committed to ensuring that your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.

  • Each order will be shipped to a single delivery address specified at checkout.

  • If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.

  • Our goal is to dispatch and deliver your order within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.

  • In rare cases—such as logistical delays, unforeseen demand surges, or regional restrictions—delivery may take slightly longer. We’re constantly working to ensure faster and smoother deliveries.
     

Delays & Exceptions
 

  • During extreme weather conditions (e.g. heavy rainfall, floods) or national holidays, we may reschedule or cancel deliveries to ensure product safety and logistical efficiency.

  • Some pin codes may experience longer transit times depending on courier service availability.

Damaged or Leaking Orders

If you receive a package that appears leaked, tampered, or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately:

Order Completion

Your order will be considered executed in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery.

  • Invalid, switched off, or unreachable contact number.

  • Delivery accepted by a building security guard, reception, or neighbor as per customer instructions.

To place an order, we require your name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details.
