Cancellation and Refund Policy

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 12 hours if he/she wishes to by emailing us at goodapewellness@gmail.com.

In cases of refunds, it will be processed within 2-3 working days via RazorPay.

Return Policy 

In case of defective or damaged goods, share the requisite details on goodapewellness@gmail.com along with a picture of the received package within 2 working days and our team will get in touch with you. 

We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
